The bolt (1) has a body (6) with an internal tension ball (5) at one end, and a threaded bolt (8), which projects from the grip-sided end (13) of the pulling bolt as a handgrip. At this end, the body has a radial outward projecting collar (14), formed integrally with it. The collar may be formed as a sliding sleeve, which is non-turnable but movable in longitudinal direction (10). It projects over the end of the body. The end of the threaded bolt away from the grip has a conical surface (17), formed by the side of a ring groove (15), to press the tension balls outwards.
