Manufacturing method for a nozzle plate with an inlet and outlet for a medium, whereby two parts (17,18) of the nozzle plate (30) are produced separately by micro-machining/lithography, electroplating and plastic moulding, with the first part (17) being given a filter structure (10) and the two parts (17,18) being finally joined with a gap (41) forming the medium outlet.
