The invention comprises a pivotally adjustable snowboard binding (10) which pivots about a central pivot plate (38) located in the bottom sole (46) of the binding (10) and is mounted above a base plate (20). The base plate (20) includes a plurality of receiving means (22) radially positioned about a central axis (36) of the pivot plate (38). The binding (10) locks into place using a spring-loaded locking pin (32) that engages the receiving means (22) located in the base plate (20).
