The exhaust gas heat exchanger (10) with an inner chamber for the exhaust gas guidance, in which an exhaust gas guidance insert is provided. The exhaust gas heat exchanger is connected body sound conducting with a vibration source, and the exhaust gas guidance insert is movable in the inner chamber in all directions. The heat exchanger has a falling duct (30) and a rising duct (31). The inner chamber is designed as a stationary tube.
