The system has a first circuit block (32) with a first output signal (11) to generate a first signal. The system also has several second circuit blocks (30) each having a first reception circuit to receive the first signal. Transmission lines are connected between the first circuit block and the second circuit blocks. The first circuit block also has a second output circuit (12) to generate a second signal. Each of the second circuit blocks also have a second reception circuit to receive the second signal. The first reception circuit stores the first signal synchronously with the second signal.
