Railway train noise reduction process

The noise reduction process involves putting the train on rubber tyres, using new rails with a wider resting surface. The train is guided with the aid of guide rollers, rolling along the side contact surfaces of the rails. At rail points, the two rails which are moved or bent are moved at both ends, so that the core part is also moved. The new rails could easily be designed so that old trains without rubber tyres could also run on them, and points suitable for both types of train could also be designed.
