<p>A biologically controlled release coating for fertilisers comprising from 80-98 weight % of a waxy substance and from 2 to 20 weight % of a dimerised rosin having at least 70 weight % of resinic acids having conjugated double bonds with its derivatives thereof. Such coatings have a resin character to giver fertiliser prills, which do not break on handling yet break down in response to the biological needs of the plant. Such a coating, in combination with polymers that advance in soil water availability and water economy, creates a pair of biological fortification in soil with growth acceleration and with high growth increase.</p> |
