<p>The purpose of the control valve is to connect and exhaust two working chambers of a machine alternately. To this end there is a valve component (15) which is stopped in its current end position by pins (30, 32). In addition, compressed air is applied to the end region of the valve chamber (14) in which the valve component (15) is located. When the machine reaches top dead centre, the stop is released, whereupon the valve component (15) 'shoots off' to its opposite end position, in which it is once more stopped. Thus the machine can be automatically started by the application of compressed air in any stationary position. A pilot valve is unnecessary.</p> |
