Continuous chip feeder changing device

The changing device is in the form of a mobile assembly trestle which can be pushed under the horizontal feed channel of the chip feeder and clamped there. The receiving part of the trestle is of the same width as the feed channel. The receiving part is in the form of a flat bottom plate (1) with angled plates (2) at the sides. One arm (3) of each plate extends vertically upwards from the bottom plate, and the other arm (4) extends horizontally outwards from it and has two angled cheek plates (6, 6') to take a wheel.
