The drum (1) includes an inverted conical kettle (3) and is covered with a drum skin. The kettle is supported by a ring (4,5) which has three legs (2). The circumference of the skin is mounted on a circular pipe element (11). The pipe element is linked by a hydraulic pipe (17) to a pressure meter (15) on the side of the drum and to a cylinder assembly (12). The cylinder assembly (12) is mounted on a common carrier plate, together with an electric motor (6) and a pressure sensor (32). The supply to the motor is controlled by a power supply unit (13). The power supply is controlled by foot operated switches (16,19,22,24) on a board (14). |
