FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps and engines. SUBSTANCE: rotor and stator ring have common turning support. Cylindrical paths are made at both ends of stator ring in inner space and on rotor from outside. At least three pairs of rollers are installed in pairs in housing side covers in roller holders so that they are kinematically closed with paths of stator ring and rotor, and axes of rollers lie on line intersecting their center line on section connecting the centers. Active rollers engaging with paths of stator ring are profiled to two diameters, larger diameter surface engaging with paths of stator ring, and smaller diameter surface, with second idle roller. Ratio of active roller diameters is equal to ratio of diameters of paths of stator ring and rotor. Active roller is profiled so that its larger diameter is in center, and smaller diameter, at periphery. Idle roller diameter is made to comply with requirements given in description of invention. Rollers are installed in roller holders made in form of semirings open at side of decrease in distance between paths and are limited by lock from open side of support to prevent falling out of rollers. Pair of rollers whose center line coincides with center line of stator ring and rotor is made to provide equal diameters of idle roller and smaller diameter surface of active roller. This pair of rollers is installed in sliding support made in form of slot symmetrical relative to center line, with nominal width equal to diameter of idle roller. EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to reduced friction losses in stator ring and rotor bearings. |
