<p>The invention relates to a telephone set comprising a handset which incorporates normal telephone circuitry, an ear speaker 10 and a microphone 11 and switch means 13 operable to connect ear speaker 10 and the microphone 11 either to said normal telephone circuitry or to external connectors for connection to speaker and microphone connectors of a personal computer sound facility.
