In this patent, there is described, the shaft clutch with pneumatic and elastic elements and this clutch is to be utilised to assure a stabile transfer of the loading torsional moment with damping of torsional oscillations and torsional impacts in any mechanical system providing torsional oscillations. The loading torsional moment is being transferred of the driving body (1) to the driven body of the clutch (2) in a co-axial direction with the use of the pneumatic and elastic elements (3) located opposite each other, filled by gaseous medium. The connection in-between the pneumatic and elastic elements (3) is assured based on the throttling holes (8) being created in the sealing plane (6) of the driving body (1).
