Isocordoin, cordoin, 2-hydroxyderricin, 2',4'-dihydroxychalcone and 4,2',4'-trihydroxychalcone esters with acetic acid, butyric acid, palmitic acid and xamenine acid have a marked affinity to estrogen receptors of type II and an antiproliferative activity on uterus, ovary and breast tumour cell lines. Pharmaceutical preparations contain as and active substance said esters or ester complexes with natural or synthetic phospoholipides together with other suitable excipients.
