<p>In a system for planning a process flow in a many-kind variable-amount production line including a plurality of production processes, a target process flow block code is retrieved from a process flow block code name storage knowledge unit 11 storing process flow block flames each composed of a combination of large processes and small processes, so that the target process flow block code is selected at 13 use of a first selector. Similarly, a further process flow block code is selected, to prepare a process flow while checking the allowability of the arrangement sequence of thus selected process flow block codes in the process flow, with reference to a process flow arrangement sequence knowledge unit 20. A small-process is retrieved with reference to a condition key knowledge unit (28. Fig 6) storing at least one item of condition key knowledge for each of the small processes, so as to select a condition key by use of a second selector. The process flow thus prepared is displayed, and a completed process flow is stored in units of product kind.</p> |
