PURPOSE:To generate the information of painting-out on the border of a plotting area with a small number of times of write to a memory at the time of painting out a font larger than the plotting area. CONSTITUTION:This vector font paint-out information generator is composed of a cross information generating part 1 to input contour plotting data and border coordinates from the outside and to write border cross information in a memory 2 when the contour crosses the border, and a paint-out information generating part 3 to input leading paint-out information from the outside, to successively read the border cross information from the memory 2 and to output border paint-out information from these leading paint-out information and border cross information. |
