FIELD: microelectronics; X-ray apparatuses for medical diagnosis, introscopy, railway transport, etc. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has X-ray emitter with high-voltage power supply, multielement solid-state X-ray image shaper, rack with mechanical scanning system mounting X-ray emitter and multielement solid-state X-ray image shaper rigidly fixed in it on one plane in position in which X-rays passing through desired object reach ends of photodetectors of X-ray image shaper which is set up of modules incorporating linear multielement semiconductor photodetector coupled with charge-coupled device through multiplexor. Apparatus is characterized, for example, in that its linear multielement semiconductor photodetector is based on cadmium tellurium or gallium arsenide. EFFECT: reduced X-ray dose rate for analyzed object, improved sensitivity and resolving power of apparatus. |
