PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both an apparatus and a method for producing a polished rice containing a calcium enriched rice by uniformly mixing the polished rice with a prescribed amount of the calcium enriched rice in a prescribed ratio and packing a prescribed amount of the mixed rice containing the calcium enriched rice. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing a polished rice containing a calcium enriched rice can regulate a ratio of a calcium enriched rice to a polished rice within the range of (1:50) to (1:200) at the beginning of a blending, because a discharging rate of the calcium enriched rice discharged from a rotary feeder 13 is regulated by a controller 7 and proportionally to the discharging rate of the polished rice discharged from a rotary feeder 11 and previously set to a prescribed rate and the discharged calcium enriched rice is mixed with the discharged polished rice, and can weigh and pack a prescribed amount of the polished rice blended with the calcium enriched rice. |
