METHOD FOR REGENERATING AND REPAIRING EXISTING PIPING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fluid leaked during work from flowing to the inner wall part of an existing pipeline along the outer surface of a lining tube. SOLUTION: A flexible lining tube having an adhesive applied to the inner surface thereof is introduced into an existing piping P from one end thereof by the pressure of a fluid from the rear (or suction force from the front) while reversed so that the inner surface thereof becomes outside and bonded to the inner surface of the existing pipeline P under pressure by the adhesive and the fluid pressure (or suction force). Before or after the leading end part of the lining tube issues from the other end P' of the existing pipe, the wall surface of the piping in the vicinity of the other end P' is heated and the outer surface of the tube reversed at the other end of the existing piping is fixed to the inner surface of the existing piping within a short time. Thereafter, a heated fluid is circulated through the lining tube to accelerate the curing of the adhesive to fix the lining tube to the inner surface of the existing pipe P over the total length thereof.
