PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card and a card processing apparatus which can correct simply warpage of the card. SOLUTION: An information recording card 1 is a card wherein a shape- menorized stripes 3 formed of a shape-memorized alloy memorizing being flat at high temp. condition and returning to the flat condition at high temp. condition even when it is deformed is provided and a card processing apparatus into which the information recording card 1 is inserted is provided with a thermal head which heats the information recording card 1 under high temp. condition where it is returned to be flat in a carrying path before a specified processing is performed to the information recording card 1.
