PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an analysis result and avoid spending a long time for a re- analysis process in the case of changing an analysis parameter by providing both of a characteristic extraction part and an affected part extraction part with an extraction means having the capability of showing an extracted interim result in a plurality of extraction means to detect a papillar line, a blood vessel or the like. SOLUTION: A characteristic extraction part 110 as part of an arithmetic processing unit 100 determines a yellow spot portion and a nipple position on the basis of an eyeground image, and an eyeground coordinates setting part 120 establishes an eyeground coordinates system on the basis of the distribution pattern of a nerve fiber bundle, and the extracted yellow spot portion and nipple position. Also, a visual field data conversion part 130 converts a visual field measurement result on the basis of the eyeground coordinates system, and an affected part extraction part 14 extracts a part affected due to an eyeground disease.
