PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a skin material-integrated cushion at a low cost without impairing its touch and feeling. SOLUTION: A film 4 is stuck to the back face of a skin material 3 made of a woven fabric via an adhesive 5 applied in a scattered spot shape. The skin material 3 is pinched and fixed by a pair of molding dies 11, 12, a fused synthetic resin is injected into a cavity and foamed, and a main body 2 is molded integrally with the film 4. Since the adhesive 5 is applied in the scattered spot shape, the skin material 3 is deformed in the natural state, it is not made stiff, and its feeling is not impaired. |
