PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al alloy brazing sheet excellent in corrosion resistance, suitable for use in a heat exchanger joined and assembled by vacuum brazing. SOLUTION: This brazing sheet is an Al alloy brazing sheet for heat exchanger in which press-formed brazing sheets are joined by means of vacuum brazing to constitute a tank part and a refrigerant passage. This brazing sheet consists of an Al alloy core material, having a composition consisting of, by mass, 0.5-2.0% Mn, 0.1-1.0% Cu, 0.05-0.5% Mg, 0-0.3% Ti, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and an Al-Si-Mg brazing filler metal with which both sides of the core material are coated at 5-20% cladding rate per side. Further, an intermediate layer, composed of an Al alloy having a composition consisting of 0.5-2.0% Mn, 0.05-0.5% Mg, 0-0.3% Ti, further 0.05-0.5%. In, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities and having >=30μm thickness and <=35% cladding rate, is provided between the brazing filler metal, on the side corresponding to the outer surface of the tank part and the refrigerant passage, and the core material.
