PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ingredient such as for GYOZA (dumplings stuffed with minced pork), ready-to-eat grated raddish, or ready-to-eat pickles by a simple method. SOLUTION: Using a minced mixture of vegetable stock and meat stock, grated root vegetables such as grated raddish, or chopped vegetable leaves such as chopped raddish leaves, as raw material, the raw material is dipped into a hot oil under three-stage reduceed pressure conditions and deprived of the water contained therein by making use of oil temperature, and the oil adhered to the resultant material is removed, thus obtaining the above-mentioned food preservable for a long period, retaining its original freshness, and having such effect as not to lose the nutrients and pigments contained. |
