PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce food for SAKURANI (a kind of dish which resembles petals of cherry blossoms) of frozen firefly squids capable of getting a taste of SAKURANI of firefly squids just after boiling as a home cooking and provide a method for producing SAKURANI-food of the frozen firefly squids. SOLUTION: In this food for preparing a SAKURANI of frozen firefly squids, frozen raw firefly squids 11 and a seasoning containing table salt to be dissolved in a predetermined amount of water are packed together in one pack. The SAKURANI-food of frozen firefly squids is produced by heating the frozen raw firefly squids 11 immersed in an aqueous solution of a seasoning containing table salt having a predetermined concentration by a microwave cooking device for a predetermined time. |
