PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain Chinese noodles for a meal by subdividing and freezing boiled Chinese noodles. SOLUTION: Raw Chinese noodles are boiled and cooled by cold water. The dehydrated Chinese noodles are sprinkled with a small amount of a vegetable oil and wholly coated with the oil. The Chinese noodles 1 thus obtained are subdivided into several to tens of parts each in an amount to be used for a meal and are rapidly frozen. |
