PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having a good balance among flowability, flame retardancy, and impact strength by compounding a polycarbonate/ polyorganosiloxane copolymer, a graft copolymer based on a composite rubber, a halogen compound, and polytetrafluoroethylene. SOLUTION: The composition comprises: 100 pts.wt. resin mixture consisting of (A) 0-95wt.% polycarbonate(PC) and (B) 5-100wt.% PC/polyorganosiloxane(PS) copolymer in which the PS content is 0.1-5wt.% based on the total amount of the ingredients (A) and (B); (C) 0.1-8 pts.wt. graft polymer comprising 1-99wt.% PS rubber and 99-1wt.% polyalkyl acrylate rubber which are entangled with each other, and obtained by grafting a vinyl monomer onto the composite rubber having an average particle diameter of 0.01-0.6μm; (D) a halogen compound is such an amount that the halogen content in the whole composition is 0.1-6wt.%; and (E) 0.05-1.0 pt.wt. polytetrafluoroethylene.
