PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel excellent in fire resistance, water proof, air tightness, execution property and machanical strength, without the deformation like an expansion and bend after production, which can be used as the inner wall material, outer wall material, roof material, ceiling material, floor material, partition material or fire door of a building and structure. SOLUTION: This panel is fixed with plural fire resistant spread fish-joints A at a certain pitch formed by an incombustible sheet 4 on the spread fish-joint made of a metal in a nearly opposite T letter shape section and forms a core material 20 consisting of a plastic foam 21 and the incombustible board 22 formed on an end part between a front face material 5 and the back face material 23. A fire resistant panel B formed with a male/female insertion structure of a real structure on right/left ends is fixed to the whole wall surface between fire resistant spread fish-joint A by a fixing toolβand a fire resistant joint material C is formed on the joint part G between this fixed fire resistant panels B and the fixed part between fire resistant panels B is formed integrally by fixing the installation tool E On the fixed part by a fixing toolβand further inserting the engaging part 35 of the joint cover F to the engagingly locking part 31 of the installation tool E.
