PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance against noise and to enable use of a current voltage changeover switch by constituting actuator parts in the electric current system. SOLUTION: A signal conversion part 4 is provided between a voltage changeover switch part 1 and actuator parts 3R and 3L. The actuator parts 3R and 3L are constituted in the electric current system. The signal conversion part 4 is provided with a level detection circuit 4-1 and a constant current conversion circuit 4-2, detects the level of a set voltage Vin taken out of the voltage changeover switch part 1, converts the level of this detected set voltage Vin to a constant current of the value corresponding to its level, and gives it to the actuator parts 3R and 3L as an output current. The actuator parts 3R and 3L adjust illuminating angle positions of a right headlamp and a left headlamp to the positions corresponding to the value of the output current from the signal conversion part 4.
