<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiation-sensitive resin compsn, capable of forming a cured product excellent in thermal resistance and adhesion by incorporating an allylnadimide compd., a specified melamine or guanamine, a photoacid generator, and a diluent. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a copolymer containing an acidic group and a hydroxyl group, (B) an allylnadimide compound, (C) a melamine of the formula I or a guanamine of the formula II (wherein R1 through R10 may be the same or different from one another and each represents a hydrogen atom, -CH2 OR12 group or -(-CH2 -)4 -OR12 group; R12 represents a hydrogen atom or a 1-6C alkyl group; and R11 represents an alkyl group or a (substituted) phenyl group), (D) a photoacid generator, and (E) a diluent.</p> |
