PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric ceramics compsn. capable of firing together with a conductor metal such as Ag or Cu while maintaining high Q value and to provide electronic parts. SOLUTION: A boron-contg. compd. and an alkali metal-contg. compd. are added by 7-30 pts.wt. (expressed in terms of B2 O3 ) and 7-20 pts.wt. (expressed in terms of carbonate of the alkali metal), respectively, to 100 pts.wt. base represented by the formula aLn2 Ox.bAl2 O3 .cCaO.dTiO2 [where (a), (b), (c) and (d) show the molar ratio among the metal oxides, and are 0.056<=a<=0.214, 0.056<=b<=0.214, 0.286<=c<=0.500, 0.230<d<0.470, a+b+c+d=1 and 3<=x<=4]. |
