PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the decorative effect of a cover body on an air bag device as well as to unfold an air bag smoothly upon breaking a specified rupture part quickly in time of unfolding this air bag. SOLUTION: An ornament part 31 is attached to a covered part 22 of a cover body 20. This ornament part 31 consists of an emblem 33, a holder 34, and a shaft 35, and it is firmly installed by holding the covered part 22 between. A flange part 38 is formed in the holder 34, and this flange part 38 is inserted into a tear line 24. In time of unfoldment of this air bag, the flange part 38 comes into contact with this tear line 24, guiding a rupture of this line 24. |
