AUTOMATIC THERMAL SPRAYING DEVICE FOR ZIGZAG PIPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently subject the surfaces of zigzag pipes consisting of straight pipe parts and bent pipe parts continuous with each other to a thermal spraying treatment. SOLUTION: A base 1 is liftably provided with many pipe supporting bases 3 for horizontally supporting the zigzag pipes 2. A girder 7 extending laterally is longitudinally travelably arranged above the base 1. The girder 7 is traversably equipped with a moving body 10. A thermal spraying head 2 is horizontally swivelably hung and supported at the moving body 10. The thermal spraying head 12 is provided with thermal spraying torches which have apertures to be inserted with the zigzag pipes 2 and thermally spray a thermal spraying material to the surfaces of the zigzag pipes 2 inserted into these apertures rotatably around the zigzag pipes. While the thermal spraying head 12 is moved along the axial direction on the pipes, the thermal spraying is continuously executed.
