<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently work both controllers in separate bands on a frequency axis by giving significance to both plate thickness controllers on the frequency axis using H infinity design method. SOLUTION: To BISRA-AGC5, a low pass filter 6 is applied to remove high frequency noises to be added mainly to a rolling load cell. When designing a monitor type AGC9, H infinity control theory is used. According to the H infinity control theory, an original object to be controlled and items including various significance functions given at the time of a design are called a generalization plant, a plate thickness control system can be composed to show a control effect according to a significance, and the movements of the monitor type AGC9 and the BISRA-AGC5 can be portioned out by frequency band. Consequently, the controller for plate thickness can be stably worked without an interference between both plate thickness control systems, and a plate thickness fluctuation on the outlet side can be quickly made zero.</p> |
