PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve startability of an engine, and also control fuel pressure in a fuel feed system with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A pressure limitter 10 is installed on a common rail, and a needle valve 15 is housed in a valve body 12 freely to carry out reciprocating motion. A movable core 22 is supported on a housing freely to carry out reciprocating motion, and energized in the valve seat direction of the needle valve 15 by a spring 34. When a driving signal of a coil 35 is turned on, the movable core 22 is attracted to a fixed core 21 against energizing force of the spring 34, the needle valve 15 is separated from a valve seat 12a, and fuel is discharged from an accumulating chamber. The pressure limitter 10 is opened forcibly at the time of engine start, and air in the accumulating chamber and vapor fuel is discharged rapidly, and thereby, it is possible to improve startability of the engine. |
