PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a material mixing ratio by providing a means for instructing the possibility of remaining material use and the possibility of material distribution and making, based on input data and scheduled material use data, remaining material use data and distribution impossibility data. SOLUTION: A used material allotment processing means 2a reads scheduled material data 1a and a unit material data 1b from a data server 1 and makes material use schedule data 1c by using the material codes of both data as key values. A remaining material use instructing means 2b makes remaining material use data 1e and distribution impossibility data 1f from the material use schedule data 1e. The remaining material use data 1e and the distribution impossibility data 1f are sent to a mixing ratio calculating system 30, processed together with pre-registered ink mixing data and then an ink mixing ratio is calculated.
