The present invention may be used in the field of physical culture and sports for training athletes as well as in various types of entertainment. This invention relates to an effective physical training method that creates new motor functions and enhances the effects of training on the muscles of athletes. This method uses a mobile support surface that applies an external action on the muscles of the athlete, wherein said support surface moves together with the athlete in the direction of an action to be performed.
