摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the oxygen amount required for being dissolved into a deep layer to a given desired amount while operating a device continuously by feeding air into the deep layer while the circulating water amount in the deep layer of a reservoir or the like is controlled to the numerical value for securing the required dissolved oxygen amount in the deep layer. SOLUTION: The circulating water amount is computed based on the flow velocity in a site most convenient for computing the oxygen amount to be dissolved into a deep layer (c), namely the flow rate in a passage 5 between an outer cylinder 2 and an inner cylinder 3 of a device main body 1. Also the oxygen amount to be dissolved into the deep layer (c) is computed automatically by the dissolved oxygen concentration at an outlet between a collar section 2a of the outer cylinder 2 and an annular body 8. The feed amount of air from a compressor is controlled automatically in compliance with the computed amount. The air feed amount can be adjusted to maintain the circulating water amount constant while the device is operated continuously by the arrangement.</p>
