PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release positioning of a winding body to a fixed member so as to make multi-way speed change possible by having a plurality of position holding faces for impeding the rotation of an intermediate body around a first axis by coming in contact with the fixed member when the intermediate body is in an engaging position. SOLUTION: An intermediate body 17 is displaced in a first axial direction in association with the rotation of a winding body in a winding direction by a first cam face 170b of a first gear part. Further when an operating part 160 is rotated in the winding direction, the gear tooth of a first gear part of an intermediate body 17 goes over the gear tooth of a fixed member, and the intermediate part 17 is put in a state of being locked again to the fixed member in the moved position by one speed change stage part in relation to the fixed member. At this time, the position holding face 170a of the intermediate body 17 comes in contact with the corresponding face 151a of the fixed member so as to hold the position of the intermediate body 17 to the fixed member. Positioning of the winding body to the fixed member is thereby released to make multi-way speed change possible. |
