PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus by which an image with no color deviation, being stable and with good quality can be always obtd. regardless of change in environmental temp. SOLUTION: In an image forming apparatus, a storing means 31 for storing image data, an area sensor 30 for reading an image on a carried recording paper on a plurality of divided regions and a carrying and writing control means 22 for detecting positional deviation of the image moving afterward read by the area sensor 30 based on each color image data on the recording paper moving forward stored in the storing means 31 and adjusting timing for starting to write each color image so as to correct the positional deviation of each color image in accordance with this detected signal are provided. |
