PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a bicycle not only to be prevented from theft but also to be stably parked. SOLUTION: A fixing part 2 is a U-shaped fixture. A gripping part 3 is provided with two arms. A locking part 4 connects the end of the arms of the gripping part 3 together. The arms of the gripping part 3 are rotated upward to grip a bicycle frame 28 therebetween and then the ends of the arms are connected together with the locking part 4, so that the frame 28 is kept gripped between the arms. In such a state, a front fork 21 and a handle are prevented from rotational movement and a bicycle is danger and difficult to run, if tryed. In this way, the bicycle is prevented from theft and safely parked. |
