SOLUTION: This cake using bean curd lees are obtained by mixing bean curd lees from which impurities such as bean skin, etc., are removed into pudding, jelly, mousse, etc. Water is added to bean curd lees and the mixture is filtered to remove contaminant such as skin of soybean and a proper amount of the treated bean curd lees is mixed with pudding, jelly, mousse, etc. |
