PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new pharmaceutical preparation utilizing percutaneous absorption promoting action of garlic on various medicines. SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical preparation is obtained by blending <=5wt.% garlic with a base. The content of the garlic is preferably <=1wt.%. Percutaneous absorption promoting action is promoted by lowering pH of the solution. As the symptom becomes heavy, the action is further promoted. The preparation comprises ground garlic, a medicine, a small amount of wheat flour and water or buffer, etc., and the preparation is used by applying the mixture to affected part. Percutaneous absorption promoting action of garlic is a new knowledge found based on discovery in which a water-soluble component in a garlic poultice is absorbed in the process of improvement of the poultice. |
