PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the twist of a grip small by embedding a layer where a non-expandable fiber bundle or thread is inclined to the axial direction of the grip and crossed and arrayed in different directions inside a thick elastic body. SOLUTION: This grip 1 is provided with an inner hole 4 for inserting a shaft on a rear dead end from a tip part 1A to a rear end part 1B on a grip end side. The elastic body 2 is formed from an inner layer 2A and an outer layer 2B and a fiber layer 3 is provided between them. The inner layer 2A is sufficient when it is the elastic body provided with a material similar to rubber and the fiber layer 3 is provided around it. For the fiber layer 3, for instance, one thousand carbon fibers are bundled and turned to one unit and a fiber bundle for which the six of them are further bundled together is inclined at the angle of about 45 degrees to a center axis and crossed and arranged. The outer layer 2B of the rubber is provided on the fiber layer 3. A clearance inside the fiber layer 3 at the time of molding is filled by the flow of the rubber of the inner and outer layers 2A and 2B in the initial stage of a thermosetting process performed after molding. |
