<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match a sheet which has folding and a sheet which has no folding agreeably when they are mixed on a bin. SOLUTION: A discharged sheet S on a bin B is matched so as to hold it between a fixed reference bar 14 and a matching wall 15 which can move to an arrow direction from outside of respective both side end edges Sm, Sn of the sheet S. Most adjacent direction with the reference bar 14 and the matching wall 15 is determined as holding width 1c. A sum of original sheet width 1a and increased amount 1b of the sheet S is essential sheet width when the folding processed sheet S which has folding N1, N2 is folded on a slant when its folding accuracy is not agreeable. As the reference bar 14 or the matching wall 15 does not push the side end edges Sm, Sn of the sheet S in by setting the holding width 1c as 1c>=1a+1b, inferior matching can be prevented.</p> |
