PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the speed in determining the carriage of a line controller and the carriage route, and to improve the production efficiency due to increase in the number of carriages. SOLUTION: A carry-in/carry-out request part 11 of a product in a manufacturing equipment controller 10 registers the carry-in/carry-out request of the product to the event information 32 of a file server 30. A warehousing/delivery reporting part 21 of a storage device controller 20 registers the warehousing/ delivery results to/from a cassette storage device 23 in the event information 32. The file server 30 has the request reservation information 31 to collect and register the information on each controller, the event information 32, the delivery instruction information 33, and the shelf information 34. A carriage controller 40 receives the carriage instruction information 35, and controls traveling and route of a carrying vehicle. A carriage acceptance/rejection judging part 51 of a line controller 50 processes the information registered in the event information 32, and generates the product carriage and the request reservation information. |
