PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a stable raw soybean milk by shortening the immersion time of round soybeans in a production process for a squeezed raw soybean milk to 1/2 to 1/3 the immersion time required by a conventional method. SOLUTION: Harshness is removed from round soybeans. The round soybeans from which the harshness is removed is incorporated with water, ground and immersed to give a raw slurry of soybeans. Otherwise, the round soybeans are ground plural times at intervals of fixed time during the immersion to give a raw slurry of soybeans. A raw soybean milk and a bean curd refused are produced from the raw slurry of soybeans. |
