<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stimulate the arch of the foot while performing vertical movement and to supply a magnetic effect to the foot by turning the cross sectional shape of a supporting part to be in an almost projected shape, forming an elevation extended in a longitudinal direction on an upper surface and plural projection parts in a stepping area, housing magnetic treatment tools in the projection part and adjusting the height of a stool. SOLUTION: This stool 1 is constituted of a leg part 2 whose one end is in contact with a floor surface F and the supporting part 3 extended in a horizontal direction integrally formed on the other end of the leg part 2. The shape of the cross section of the supporting part 3 is in the almost projected shape and an elevation part 3a is formed in the longitudinal direction of the supporting part 3. Also, many projection parts 4 housing the magnetic treatment tools M are formed over the almost entire upper surface of the supporting part 3 and the height in a vertical direction of the stepping base 1 is adjustable to the double, triple or more height of the stool 1. Thus, the stool 1 stimulates the arch of the foot while performing the vertical movement and supplies the magnetic effect to the foot. Also, since it is performed while watching the TV without taking a place, the lack of exercises is unconsciously made up.</p> |
