摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a gas turbine by separating heavy oil into light fuel and heavy fuel through heating, charging the gas turbine with the light fuel and charging an exhaust afterburning boiler with the exhaust from the gas turbine and the heavy oil. SOLUTION: Heavy oil (a) from a heavy oil tank 1 is separated by a heavy oil treating device 2 into light fuel (b) and heavy fuel (c). The heavy oil treating device 2 employs as its heat source required, for example, heat source steam (g) extracted from part of steam from a steam turbine system and utilizes its latent heat and sensible heat after which the spent steam is discharged therefrom as device condensate (h). Intake air (d) of a gas turbine GT is raised in its pressure by a compressor 3 and is burned in a combustor 4 upon the charge of the light fuel (b). A furnace 7 of an afterburning boiler 8 is charged with exhaust (e) emitted in expansion from a turbine 5 together with the heavy fuel (c) and generates through their combustion high-pressure steam (f) and low-pressure steam (f'). The high-pressure steam (f) is utilized to operate a steam turbine 13 while the low-pressure steam (f') is utilized as the heat source steam (g) and is partly led into the gas turbine 13 to drive a generator 16.
