发明名称 FLUORORESIN-COATED ALUMINUM ALLOY MEMBER AND ITS PRODUCTION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the member excellent in corrosion resistance and with the adhesion of a fluororesin coating film ensured and stabilized by coating an anodic oxide film on the surface of an aluminum alloy substrate with fluororesin and baking the fluororesin to form the member. SOLUTION: This fluororesin-coated Al alloy member is produced by forming an anodic oxide film having 2-30μm thickness on the surface of an Al alloy substrate, forming a fluororesin coating film having 10-70μm thickness thereon, forming a reticular crack 4 with the maximum diameter of the unit mesh controlled to 5-300μm in the anodic oxide film 2 and infiltrating the fluororesin into the crack. In this case, the anodizecl substrate is sealed, then heated to >=150 deg.C at a rate of 3 deg.C/min, calcined, then coated with the fluororesin and baked.
